Arf Studio

Terms of Use

Simple terms for a simple, local-only coloring app.

Effective August 23, 2026

The short version

Use Arf Studio for personal coloring and creativity. Be kind to the artwork and remember that your work is stored locally, so you are responsible for your device and backups.

Accepting these terms

By downloading or using Arf Studio, you agree to these Terms of Use and the applicable App Store terms. If a child uses Arf Studio, a parent or legal guardian should review and accept these terms for them.

Using Arf Studio

Arf Studio gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app and its bundled artwork for ordinary, non-commercial coloring and enjoyment. You may not copy, extract, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, or use the app’s artwork or software to create a competing product, except where applicable law expressly allows it.

Artwork and your drawings

Arf Studio and its licensors retain their rights in the app, lesson designs, illustrations, branding, and software. You retain any rights you have in the original marks and creative choices you add while coloring. Using the app does not transfer ownership of the bundled artwork.

Local storage

Favorites, progress, preferences, and drawings are stored locally on your device. Arf Studio does not operate a cloud save and cannot retrieve lost work. Deleting the app, losing or resetting the device, running out of storage, or changing backup settings may cause data loss. Operating-system-managed backups may include app data depending on your Apple settings.

Updates and availability

We may update Arf Studio to add curated artwork, improve the experience, fix problems, or maintain compatibility with iOS. Features and device requirements may change in future versions. We may also discontinue the app, subject to applicable law.

No warranties

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Arf Studio is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that the app will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer rights.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Arf Studio and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the app, including loss of locally stored drawings or progress. This limitation does not apply where the law does not allow it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the app or legal requirements change. We will post the revised terms here with a new effective date.
